"I was down visiting the VT area on a 6 day ride from Canada and had a breakdown. Joe and Robbie were just awesome on the phone helping with a few in-field suggestions before I had my bike towed into their shop. I have to say I have never had such a good experience from a service department. They took my bike in right away and fit me in while balancing their existing customer's work. They're advice was right on, and their committment to getting 5 Canadian riders back on the road to enjoy their beautiful country side. "I still remember my first visit to the old Cyclewise location in Bridport. Robbie and Tamara were in the showroom ready to help out with any questions. Joe was busy helping a customer with their new purchase, yet still acknowledged the new faces visiting the shop. I was really impressed by the selection and friendly, low-pressure atmosphere. The entire staff at Cyclewise has always treated me with respect. This is still not a common thing for a female rider in a male dominated industry. Since that first visit, the folks at Cyclewise have become part of my "riding family" and it feels like home when i go to the shop.
This is part of the reason that I did not visit any other shops when I was looking at purchasing a new bike. I knew that Joe and Tamara would help me make the right choice for my riding style and ability.
The rest of the staff is awesome! Robbie is always available to help out with accessories and riding gear. He is a wealth of knowledge no matter the what you are looking for - and he's a lot of fun to ride with!!
The mechanics are top rate and I can feel confident that my bike is in good hands when i drop it off for maintenance.
