  • "I was looking into buying a four-wheeler and stopped in to see what Cyclewise had. They had exactly what I was looking for in the KingQuad 500. I finally decided I would take it at about 3 pm on a Saturday. I called Andy and told him I wanted it and see if I could pick it up that day, to my amazement he was able to get it in and get it serviced. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you EVERYONE at Cyclewise for such a great experience in helping me get on my 2013 King Quad 500 so fast. It's been a blast riding so far. Thanks, Kevin & Lindsey Addison, Vt"

  • "Great job by the staff at Ducati VT!!!!!! I have purchased many motorcycles over the years and have never had the level of service that I received here. Immediately greeted, and made to feel as if I was already part of the family. I have never had a dealer actually set the suspension up for me, that was a nice change. I will be back!!! Great job everyone."

  • "I was on a 3 day ride from Massachusetts to New York( Lake George area). We pulled into an Irving station to grab a quick drink. Getting ready to jump back on the bikes I noticed my rear tire was flat! A local told us to call Cyclewise who were only six miles up the road. Added some air and off we went. I was on my Harley (also ride a Ducati 996) and they had the tube for it! They were closing early for a wedding and still helped us out! Super friendly people! Can't thank them enough for getting us back on the road for the rest of our trip!!!"

  • "Recently, I found myself in East Middlebury, VT about 700 miles from home and two days into a 4-day moto riding & mountain hiking trip with a rapidly failing rear wheel bearing on my Buell XB. Thankfully, google turned up Cyclewise just a few miles up the road, and I could not be more happy with the service they provided. I first called at 3:59 pm with a self-diagnosis and a possible part number. They called back in less than 5 minutes saying they could get the needed cross-referenced bearing from a local parts store and could get me in that afternoon to change it! My receipt for the completed work is time-stamped at 5:03 pm - simply amazing service and the charge was quite reasonable as well. Cyclewise made this an almost non-event instead of a major delay and hassle - thanks again!"

  • "Amazing experience buying my new Ducati through you guys. It is refreshing to find a dealership that actually stands by what they say and do not just deliver a sales pitch. Andy was very easy to deal with throughout the whole process and even the people at the service desk were helpful and considerate offering water while I waited, which was great after the 4-hour ride. Well worth the trip thank you"

  • "My wife and I have been riding on Gold Wings for many years and our helmet setup for intercom, CB, and radio system are all specific to the Gold Wings. Recently we signed up for a trip to the Alps where we would be provided with BMWs that would not allow easy connection to our normal helmets. Cyclewise's parts manager, Robbie, suggested we try the Cardo Scala Rider Teamset Pro communicator system that he set up on a spare set of full-face helmets that we used exclusively for intercom use on our 8-day Alps tour. Here is what we experienced with the units: Pros: Battery life is more than sufficient for a full 10 days on the bike. This is because the unit will go to sleep if you don't speak for a few moments. To wake up the unit to speak again, we needed to blow softly into the mic and then begin speaking. It was a very simple operation. The sound quality was excellent and it even had a long-range so that if I got off the bike and walked 25 yards with my helmet on, we could still talk comfortably. The units attached securely and had easy on/off latch from the helmets so that we could charge them overnight. We also encountered heavy rain for one full day and had no issues. I also liked the appearance, a sleek, aerodynamic look to them Cons: There are controls on the unit that turn it on and off and adjust the volume. They took getting used to while riding the bike. Sometimes after stopping for a while (eg. Lunch) and getting back on the bike, it would take some button-pushing to get it going. Perhaps with more experience with the units, the correct start-up would have been easier. However, at no point did we ever more than a minute or so with no communication Conclusion: I think the units are a great communication option for driver/passenger."

  • "I just purchased a Multistrada 1200S Touring from Ducati Vermont and am very pleased with the experience. Andy did everything he said he would do. The bike came in on time and the transaction went very well. Everyone here is so very nice and willing to help in any way that they can. I can't say enough good things about them. I haven't had my 1200 serviced yet but I expect good things there too."

  • "I was down visiting the VT area on a 6-day ride from Canada and had a breakdown. Joe and Robbie were just awesome on the phone helping with a few in-field suggestions before I had my bike towed into their shop. I have to say I have never had such a good experience in a service department. They took my bike in right away and fit me in while balancing their existing customer's work. Their advice was right on, and their commitment to getting 5 Canadian riders back on the road to enjoy their beautiful countryside. Thanks, Robbie, Joe, and Graham for going above and beyond and ensuring we had a great trip."

  • "I still remember my first visit to the old Cyclewise location in Bridport. Robbie and Tamara were in the showroom ready to help out with any questions. Joe was busy helping a customer with their new purchase, yet still acknowledged the new faces visiting the shop. I was really impressed by the selection and friendly, low-pressure atmosphere. The entire staff at Cyclewise has always treated me with respect. This is still not a common thing for a female rider in a male-dominated industry. Since that first visit, the folks at Cyclewise have become part of my riding family" and it feels like home when I go to the shop. This is part of the reason that I did not visit any other shops when I was looking at purchasing a new bike. I knew that Joe and Tamara would help me make the right choice for my riding style and ability. The rest of the staff is awesome! Robbie is always available to help out with accessories and riding gear. He is a wealth of knowledge no matter what you are looking for - and he's a lot of fun to ride with!! The mechanics are top rate and I can feel confident that my bike is in good hands when I drop it off for maintenance. Thanks, guys!!!"
