Cyclewise Parts/accessory specialist
We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic person for our growing Powersports Parts Department. Applicant must have a love for powersports in all forms and must possess great communication skills both with customers and staff members as well as excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask. We are deeply passionate about our customers their motorcycles and the community in which they ride. We strive to greatly exceed expectations and engage our customers in fun, engaging and long-lasting relationships by offering the best experience. This position will require constant learning and training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to adequately assist our clients with their needs so a thirst for knowledge and willingness to apply what you learn is crucial to building your client base within the dealership family.
Job Requirements:
  • Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base.
  • Knowledge and experience with parts components of European, Japanese, American v-twin and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn (Lightspeed in particular)
  • Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogues and online sites for particular motorcycle.
  • Ability to monitor and re-order inventory flow both over the counter and through service, manage online sales,
  • Educate customers on products, accessories and fit customers for apparel and gear
Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and efficient Parts and Accessories environment
  • Provide excellence customer service to all of the dealership’s customers.
  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Develop and share knowledge of all Parts and Accessories merchandise
  • Must possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
  • Look up parts on all repair orders and post all parts to all repair orders
  • Pre-staging future parts jobs for Sales and Service departments
  • Working with Service Technicians to ensure their P&A needs are being met
  • Maintaining special order and/or backorder logs
  • Looking up parts for customers and quote prices for parts using parts catalogs and on-line avenues
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
  • Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase.
  • Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogues and online
  • Accept cash & credit card payments for merchandise purchases. Keep cash register accurate.
  • Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Conduct periodic and yearly physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.) and be in charge of inventory control
  • Create and ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
  • Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for P&A management, Lightspeed Evo in particular
  • Create sale campaigns within the parts department and help post to social media
  • Other duties, as assigned.
  • Be honest and ethical in all business practices.
  • Always work in compliance of legal guidelines.
  • Model superior service behavior with all dealership personnel by maintaining positive relationships with customers, employees, owner(s).
  • Continually learn more about the products and services available. Attend trainings to keep current with market trends. Self-educate!

Cyclewise Service Writer/ Service Counter
Cyclewise Ducati Vermont is hiring for a service writer/service counter person. We are hunting for an organized and personable individual with a passion for all things motorcycle! We are a Family owned and operated dealership with a focus on customer service and customer experience. We take pride in our service department and are looking for a dedicated and fun individual to fill a new position!
Daily responsibility’s:
  • Generating and modifying new and existing repair orders.
  • Scheduling service appointments for customers and the sales department.
  • Filling out check in paperwork for every unit brought in for service
  • Filling completed signed repair orders according to specific requirements
  • Calling customers for periodic unit updates as well as to announce completion of repairs.
  • Keeping service desk and waiting areas clean and presentable (coffee made, water stocked)
  • Communicating with service manager to keep up to date on schedule changes and delays in service
  • Maintaining service department Facebook presence
  • Greeting all door swing customers
  • Answering phone calls and routing to appropriate departments
  • Monitoring repair orders on lightspeed to ensure cashiering has be completed in a timely manor
  • Communicating with the financial department and service manager to ensure correct and timely completion of warranty repair paperwork.
  • A passion for motorcycles
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles and basic repairs
  • Willingness to learn required skills and further your personal motorcycle knowledge
  • Understanding of computers and basic P.O.S operations is important
  • Excellent organizational skills are crucial.
  • Critical thinking skills and problem solving required
  • The ability to keep a level head when faced with a conflict or difficult customer service situation.
  • Presenting one’s self with a positive and professional attitude always.
  • Be willing to be a team player and pitch in during events and busy times as needed in any fashion.
  • Requires very positive attitude and great organization skills
  • Multi-tasking is a prerequisite for this job

Cyclewise / Ducati Vermont is looking for a technician

Cyclewise / Ducati Vermont, the state's premium brand motorcycle dealership is looking for a full-time, self-motivated, take charge technician who can support the passion of our valued customers. Candidates must have an enthusiastic presence and strong communication skills as well as a passion for the powersports industry. This position is responsible for repair and service of all makes and models of motorcycles and atvs, though experience in Ducati, Suzuki, and or Zero is highly beneficial.

Requirements for this position:

• Experience as a powersports industry technician
