Parts/accessory Manager

Cyclewise Inc. a customer service-oriented powersport dealership with Ducati, Triumph, Suzuki, Zero, CFMOTO and soon-to-be Indian Motorcycle.  We are seeking a knowledgeable Parts Manager to oversee our parts department and ensure the efficient operation of managing inventory, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock management, sales, and customer service. Applicant must be able to implement processes, have attention to detail and possess great communication skills to support our positive work environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and selling parts and accessories for a full-service motorsports dealership

- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with part inquiries and orders

- Collaborate with the service department to fulfill parts requests promptly

- Monitor market trends to adjust inventory levels accordingly with an understanding of sales curve

- Utilize dealer management system (Lightspeed EVO) for efficient parts management

-Conduct periodic and yearly physical inventory of all merchandise (counts, reports etc.) and be in charge of inventory control

-Continuous training on the products we sell and industry trends

-Create sale campaigns within the parts department and help post to social media

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in inventory management and retail math

- Strong sales management skills with a focus on maximizing revenue

- Knowledge of motorsports service and parts operations

- Ability to provide top-notch customer service and build lasting relationships

-Have leadership experience

Clothier/Gear specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our growing powersports apparel and gear department. Applicants must have fabulous customer service skills and an interest in working with our customers on a one-on-one basis to find the best style and performance for their needs.  The specialist will offer personal fittings for casual clothing for fashion to riding apparel and helmets for performance.  A sense of style, willingness to self-educate and be up to date on product offerings will make you known as this region’s best gear specialist and stylist for the powersport enthusiast.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a compelling and appealing retail environment-merchandizing
  • Set appointments for personal fittings 
  • Work with marketing on campaigns, offerings and social media content
  • Greet all customers immediately, provide excellent customer service to all of the dealerships customers, in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise, offer additional product that compliments the purchase, take special orders, offer product knowledge
  • Notify customers when special orders or back-ordered items are received.
  • Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain inventory including ordering, warranty, and returns
  • Follow the Cyclewise Path process for customers purchasing bikes. Present your department, make introductions to other departments to ensure the cross-selling of motorcycles
  • Attend training sessions to keep current with product knowledge, sales techniques, merchandising, and inventory control issues.
  • self educate on product features and benefits 
  • ability to sell entry level to high end technical gear - motorcycle and ATV jacket, pants, helmets, gloves, base layers, protective gear
  • Receive and process merchandise from distributors, check merchandise received against purchase invoice, log merchandise into inventory, and prepare the product for showroom floor.
  • Assist with set-up, organization, and staging of special events such as Open Houses, workshops, fashion shows, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
